The Department of Social Services requires that you sign your child in and out at school. Please take the time to do this on a daily basis.

The Department of Social Services also requires that children under the age of 4 years 9 months have a rest period.  Mats will be provided by Cedar Montessori.  Please send a blanket with your child’s name clearly marked.

Snacks will be provided by the school.  Lunch is to be provided by the parent.  While responsibility for the contents of the child’s lunch rests with the parents, we request that you observe appropriate nutritional standards.

For emergency use, we request that each child should have an extra set of clothes at school.

Children with contagious symptoms (such as fever, runny noses, coughs) cannot be allowed in school and should be kept home.  When a child becomes ill at school, the school will notify the parents and send him/her home as soon as possible.  When a child is unable to attend school, please notify the school office.

Visitors are welcome at any time, we only ask that you check in with the office first.
